We're starting the month with a big double header event!

On Saturday August 9th and Sunday August 10th from 10am - 12pm we're making a big push to clear the view at the lookout.

The lookout is a special gathering spot on the Smith Property that marks the edge of the Lake Simcoe Watershed. Let's make this space even better by giving it the care and attention it deserves. With your help we can remove invasive buckthorn and prepare the land for our upcoming planting project. Gloves, tools and snacks will be provided, just bring your own water!

Can't make it that weekend? We'll be back at the same spot on Saturday August 23 10am-12pm to continue this place-making project. See google maps link for directions.
